Our sophisticated computerised electronic antifouling system controller runs the entire BarnacleRid system for you, silently and with no fuss. All the component, including electronics have been completely designed and manufactured in Australia, ensuring quality and suitability for the harsh marine environment. In addition: our electronics are compatible with all power systems and configurations (110-240V mains @ 50/60Hz, 12-24V battery). BarnacleRid’s power consumption is configurable and modest (maximum 1.2 Amp Hour). You can even run the system from a single battery that is charged with a suitable solar system for your boat.

The advanced  electronic antifouling control system that is built into the control unit enable you to simply choose the appropriate power level for your climate, and our system maintains the protective field that prevents barnacle and hard shell growth whilst minimising Algae. Climate Control

Since barnacle growth is accelerated during summer months, and is subdued during cooler months, the BarnacleRid electronic antifouling system is easily adjustable to suit the climate of the waters your boat is in. Easy touch settings are available for operating the system in all the different climates around the world, which enables year round protection from barnacles etc, without unnecessarily wasting power during periods of slow barnacle growth.

Flash codes from the control unit indicate the current climate level that BarnacleRid is operating .
